Preparation process
In the shaker, mix 25 g powder (1 sachet) with 100 ml cold water until smooth. Heat the frying pan to the medium heat and add small amount of oil and fry both sides for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.

Protein mixture (71 %): (egg white powder, micellar casein, soya protein isolate, whey protein hydrolyzate, whey protein concentrate, hydrolysed collagen (collagen peptides – bovine origin), whole egg powder, thickener: (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), salt, dried onion, garlic, spices: (marjoram, ground pepper).
